Counsel Ms Elizabeth-Dudley Jones of Deans Court Chambers was briefed by DSM Legal to represent the School at the Inquest.
After a three day hearing in which the Senior Coroner of Cheshire reviewed all the evidence, she exonerated Birchwood Community High School and complimented the high standard of support within a caring environment that was provided to Brianna by the School.
The Coroner went on to conclude Unlawful Killing and ruled that the sadistic murder by Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe could not have been foreseen.
