Car Accident in Poland

Car Accident in Poland

As they were travelling along the main road, a vehicle driven by a third party came out of a side road and collided with the vehicle in which they were travelling. As a result of the accident, our client sustained a whiplash injury to her neck for which she subsequently attended her GP when she was back home in the UK.

Making a Personal Injury Claim

A Letter of Claim was sent to the UK Representative of the Defendant’s Insurers together with a copy of the Constat Amiable signed by the Defendant which was completed immediately after the accident. Enquiries were then undertaken by the UK representative and ultimately an admission of liability was received. The client was examined by our medical expert close to her home and ultimately the claim was settled, without the need to attend Court, in the sum of £3,750.00.
