Russell Hobbs Iron Burn Claims – Rebecca from Chester

The team at DSM Legal Solicitors have settled a further claim for a client who was injured after her Russell Hobbs iron burst into flames. Rebecca from Chester was at home doing her ironing.  She was using a Russell Hobbs Steam Glide iron and was holding it close to where the flex comes out of the base.  Suddenly, with no warning, flames shot out from where the flex entered into the unit and very shortly afterwards she was aware of a bang from the socket.  As a result, Rebecca sustained burns to her right dominant wrist. 

Making a Personal Injury Claim
