Basic Single Will – from £295.00 + VAT.
Basic Mirror Wills -from £395.00 + VAT
Lasting Power of Attorney (either Financial or Health) – from £395.00 + VAT
Both Lasting Powers of Attorney – from £900.00 including VAT
Registration fees for the Office of the Public Guardian – £92.00
We will be able to provide a fixed fee quote when we know what your requirements are.
Litigation
£325.00 + VAT per hour. In no win no fee injury cases deductions from compensation for our legal fees are limited to 25% of your compensation including VAT.
Certification of Documents
£30.00 per one page document. If more than one document or the document has more than one page please call for a quotation.
Statutory Declarations
£20.00 per declaration
ID1 forms or Irish passport applications
£150.00 + VAT – you will need to bring two forms of identification. This can be a photographic driving licence or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement.
Employment Law
Simple case: £5,500.00 – up to £8,500.00 (plus VAT) – eg straightforward unfair dismissal
Medium complexity case: from £8,501.00 – £12,000.00 (plus VAT) – discrimination (hearings can run between 3 – 5 days)
High complexity case: £12,500.00 – £22,500.00 (plus VAT) – eg involving large number of witnesses/documents/cases where disability is not accepted by the Respondent/ allegations of discrimination which are linked to the dismissal.
There will be an additional charge for attending a Tribunal Hearing of £1,250.00 per day (plus VAT).
Additional costs
We will instruct Counsel to represent you at all hearings – including preliminary hearings. Counsel’s fees are estimated at between £1,000.00 to £1,750.00 per day plus VAT (depending on the experience of the advocate) for attending a Tribunal Hearing (including preparation).
Travel expenses are unlikely to exceed £200.00. Expert’s reports (if necessary) can vary between £500.00 – £3,500.00).
